Create a company

A company is the practice group that owns one or more practices. Each practice under it keeps its own address, BHF practice number and consulting hours, because those print on prescriptions and differ per site.

Add a practice

These details print on prescriptions, so keep them accurate and complete for scripts to be legal. Add as many practices to a company as it runs.

Tick every discipline this account works as. Reports and bookings are filed under the first one ticked; the account can read all of them. Role

Practitioners see only their own bookings plus anything reception has not allocated yet, so two practitioners in one practice never read each other's lists.

Display name (prints on prescriptions) HPCSA registration no. Practitioner practice no. Their own practice number, if it differs from the facility's. Goes on their claims. Company Practices (hold Ctrl or Cmd to pick several)

Manage practice users

Reset a password, deactivate/reactivate, or move a user to another practice type. Changes re-sync the user's access immediately.
